Cindy brings over 20 years of experience in economic development, affordable housing, and nonprofit management to 8MBA. Her work includes project planning and underwriting neighborhood revitalization initiatives, and an innovative program to address the city’s homeless population that won national recognition. She has sat on the boards of several nonprofit organizations and helped guide their strategic planning and positioned them for competitive financing. Cindy holds a B.S. from Eastern Michigan University and a Master’s degree from Wayne State University.
Bill has done great things with the programs at the 8 Mile Boulevard Association. Before coming to 8MBA, he
interned at the Henry Ford Museum in the development, sponsorship and corporate fulfillment
department. He worked with Wayne Main Street first as an intern then as a Program Coordinator helping with the DIA Inside | Out program, Jazz on the Ave and other projects. Bill earned a Bachelor's degree from Wayne State. He earned his CNP nonprofit professional certification through the Non Profit Leadership Alliance and will complete his Master's Degree in Public Administration in April of 2019.
